Sivakasi Institute of Printing Technology(SIPT)

The Sivakasi Institute of Printing Technology(SIPT) was instituted in the year 1977, when it was found absolutely essential to provide technicians and supervisory staff for running the large number of printing establishments that had come in to existence. The sponsoring body of the Institute is 'The Sivakasi Master Printers' Association, the oldest and active printers association in India. Which was established in the year 1948. The Institute is intended for training students in various printing processes SIPT in affiliated to the Directorate of Technical Education of the state and has got approval of AICTE also. The Institute is registered under the Societies Act.

Sivakasi Institute of Printing Technology is a non-profit institute and training center for the graphic arts industry. The Institute is proud and grateful to the SMPA members, Eminent faculty academicians and distinguished expert staffs.
Our 3 Years Diploma Courses
Civil Engineering
A Diploma in Civil Engineering is a 3-year course as a diploma type. Students will learn about construction management with theory and practical knowledge.
Mechanical Engineering
A diploma in Mechanical Engineering is a 3 years course as a diploma type, Students will learn about CNC Machines, Special machines and Automobile technology theoriticaly as well as practically.
Electrical and Electronics Engineering
A diploma in Electrical and Electronics Engineering is a 3 years course as a diploma type, Students will learn about Electrical Machines, Wiring & Winding theoriticaly as well as practically.
Electronics and Communication Engineering
A diploma in electronics and communication Engineering is a 3 years course as a diploma type, students will learn about electronic appliances and communication systems with theory and practical knowledge.
Printing Technology
A Diploma in Printing Technology is a 3 years course as a diploma type, students will learn about various printing processes, it's techniques, procedures, quality consciousness,ISO certification awareness and exposure in Industrial training.
